  1. GENERAL TERMS

Fox Design Studio provides website design services for creatives, solopreneurs, and business owners. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
  • All services provided will be outlined in a formal agreement before work begins.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.
  • Fox Design Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if the client fails to meet agreed-upon deadlines or expectations.
  1. PAYMENTS & FEES
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the site goes live.
  • Payments are processed via [your preferred payment methods].
  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
  1. REFUND POLICY
  • Deposits are non-refundable. Once work has begun, refunds are not provided due to the time and effort invested in your project.
  • If a client cancels before work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any preparation fees.
  • In cases of dissatisfaction, revisions may be requested, but no full refunds will be granted after project commencement.
  1. REVISIONS & APPROVALS
  • Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions (as outlined in the agreement).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Once final approval is given, any further changes will be billed separately.
  1. WEBSITE CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Clients must ensure that all content provided is legal and does not infringe on copyright laws.
  • Fox Design Studio is not responsible for content posted by the client after site handover.
  1. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE & UPDATES
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as an optional paid service.
  • Clients opting out of a maintenance plan are responsible for their own site updates and security.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fox Design Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data due to website downtime, hacking, or technical issues beyond our control.
