SERVICE AGREEMENT All services provided will be outlined in a formal agreement before work begins. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner. Fox Design Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if the client fails to meet agreed-upon deadlines or expectations. PAYMENTS & FEES A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the site goes live. Payments are processed via [your preferred payment methods]. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. REFUND POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. Once work has begun, refunds are not provided due to the time and effort invested in your project. If a client cancels before work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any preparation fees.
